Self-playing Pianos
With a Self-playing piano, you will be listening to an acoustic piano where the hammers are physically hitting the strings as though a real person were playing it, when in fact an inbuilt system has been programmed to control and replicate every movement of each key! At Broughton Pianos, we now stock Yamaha Disklavier pianos from the ENSPIRE SERIES and the Pianodisc system- the equivalent to what we might call, modern day player pianos!

PianoDisc
Transform any acoustic upright or grand piano into a digital hybrid player piano with the PianoDisc Prodigy Entertainment Player System. With this installed, you can ask the piano to play a song or piece of music using an App, and the piano keys will play for you!

•If you also add PianoDisc ProRecord, you can record your own piano performance and the piano will play your performance back to you on the keys.

•If you also add QuietTime, this will silence the piano and allow you to play with headphones.

Yamaha Disklavier
Recording studios, restaurants, hotels, churches or high-class retail spaces can all benefit from having a Disklavier player piano to entertain everyone! By using Yamaha AR (augmented reality), you can now see what the Disklavier Piano will look like in a specific room. There are a range of sizes available from Disklavier Upright Pianos to Disklavier Grands.
You may just want a Diskalvier in your home! Control Disklavier radio (up to 9000 songs) Disklavier TV (stream performances), 500 built-in songs and all the playback functions using the Disklavier controller App. Additional vocals and instrumentation can also play through separate speakers.

Recording with Disklavier
If you enjoy composing, you can connect the piano to your computer or laptop and use it as a MIDI controller. Plug in a set of headphones when you want to use the integrated silent piano technology and still enjoy the sound the CFX concert grand!
Record yourself playing and listen to the piano play your performance back to you! You can even name your own performances in the controller app.

Connect two Disklavier pianos together and begin teaching remotely through the Disklavier Education Network. You can record and send accompaniments or search for any available accompaniment track from the library.
